Sophie’s Great Cable Menagerie

The Menagerie has moved to logically form part of Sophie’s Cabinet of Computing Curiosities.

A wide, symmetrical view down an immaculate modern server room, with spotless white flooring and orderly rows of black server racks. In the centre sits an enormous, nightmare-like Gordian knot of tangled computer cables, packed with protruding VGA, DVI, HDMI, DisplayPort, USB, Ethernet, serial, parallel, audio and power connectors, their screws, clips and latches hopelessly snagged together in glorious defiance of cable management.
